SAND BOWL

Handmade bowl in clay specially designed for the Norwegian underwater restaurant, Under Lindesnes. The bowl is shaped by hand and the edge is pressed thin so that each product becomes unique.

MENT was the main supplier of specially designed tableware for the opening of the underwater restaurant Under at Lindesnes and the collection has been developed in collaboration with Snøhetta and Under. Ment’s wish was to create a holistic dining experience and inspiration for the products are taken from the area around the restaurant. The sandbowl is made in clay, glazed inside with shiny, transparent glaze and burned as high as their porcelain. It can therefore be used for food and is dishwasher safe.
